Home Based Services
By meeting you where you live our therapist are able to support you and our child n the moment. Goals addressed within the home setting are generalized and maintained by supporting parents and caregivers in the moment.

Community Based Services
Support within the community to address generalization of skills or building safety skills within a community setting help increase opportunities for independence.

Parent Supports
Providing parents with education, resources, and support enhances opportunities for the child and the family while helping reduce stress associated with parenting. Parent supports may look like a few different things; click below to learn more about what we offer.

Office Based Services
Limited services are available in Shelbyville, Crestwood, and Bedford offices. In office supports are geared towards providing play based social groups, individual or family ABA sessions incorporating parents, and individual sessions working 1:1 with qualified behavioral health providers.
Office based services are not provided through a clinic based mode of full or part time hours- if you are in need of this model and need resources you may reach out for an alternative list of providers.
Request for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
If your child has been referred by a pediatrician, psychologist, other provider, or a parent please complete the following form to help us determine availability or a match for services. A diagnosis of Autism is not required for our agency to provide services; however some insurance providers may require an Autism diagnosis by an MD or PhD level provider in order to qualify for insurance coverage.
