This position requires a minimum of a High School diploma and experience working with neurodivergent children and families with a preference for someone with a bachelors degree or working on it. You will work along with a BCBA to support children and families in home, community, and our office through a collaborative approach. This is not a full time clinic position but a hybrid position working in both homes and the office. Applicants must be comfortable working with children and families in homes and the community. Individuals that are currently enrolled in a BACB approved program working towards their BCBA needing fieldwork experience and supervision may seek a position working as a student analyst in a technician position. This position supports the supervision needs of either supervised experience or concentrated supervision experience. You will gain experience working in both the office and in homes with a range of ages and needs. If you are a fully licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in the state of Kentucky and BCBA in good standing with the BACB you may be a candidate for this position. This is a fully in person position that is hybrid between office and home sessions. Clinical needs are determined by you the BCBA while working with a team of Behavior analysts at our agency. We currently service individuals in the following counties (Oldham, Henry, Trimble, Owen, Franklin, Shelby, Spencer, and Anderson). We currently have office locations in Shelbyville, Crestwood, and Bedford, KY. Caseloads match the needs of the BCBA and geographic region covered is based on the needs of the BCBA and availability of individuals referred to our agency. We are currently hiring for both Shelbyville and Oldham County either full or part time positions available. This is not a remote BCBA position though you may provide some telehealth parent coaching sessions.
