Kara Parks- Targeted Case Manager
Kara has a passion for helping families identify and break down barriers. Coming from an educational background she was able to see first hand the impact that not having access to resources, not feeling heard, and lacking support can have on students and families. She takes pride in being able to help identify strengths in individuals and families, needs that are creating barriers, and finding solutions that help them move forward while reducing stress. She is able to provide TCM services to children and adults through a hybrid model of in person and telehealth.

Jen comes to this position after working in the field of counseling and social work since 2004. Recognizing the impact that not having access to resources can play in the lives of children and families has led her to a path of finding solutions for that. Her mission is to connect with families, identify strengths, and help find needs that are not being met yet. Next she will help you or your family connect with available resources that are aimed to reduce stress, improve safety, and make space for healing. She is able to provide a hybrid model of in person and telehealth TCM supports to children and adults.
