Ellen London, (LPCA pending approval)

My journey into counseling has been shaped by a rich international and multicultural background, along with years spent in education, the arts, design, life coaching. These experiences allow me to view people’s stories through many different lenses—and to deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek support.

I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. I also support couples who want to strengthen their connection or work through challenges together. At the core of my work is a simple belief: everyone deserves a kind, steady place to land with a counselor who meets them where they are—with honesty, authenticity, respect, and kindness.

Many people find themselves stuck in patterns that once helped them cope but no longer serve them. Therapy offers a space to pause, breathe, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface—a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. My approach is calm, grounded, and collaborative. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and genuine respect for who you are and the path that brought you here. You are the expert on your own life; I’m here to walk alongside you, offer perspective, and support you in moving toward the life you want.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Together, we’ll choose the methods that best fit you—your personality, values, and goals. Whether you’re navigating current stressors or long-standing emotional patterns, we’ll work together to understand what’s underneath and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you in finding healing, meaning, and a deeper sense of connection within yourself.
