Hello, my name is Jonisha Nicholson. I am a Licensed Therapist (LPCC) working on completing the requirements to become a registered play therapist. I graduated from EKU with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and I have over 10 years of experience.

I am a solution focused therapist that uses play therapy techniques to facilitate clients from ages 3 to 20 years old in growing in their own self-concept. I am dedicated in supporting clients facing anxiety, trauma, behavioral, and/or attachment issues, helping them build stronger, healthier connections. My passion is devoted to cultivating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can learn, grow, and thrive.
