Alaina Montgomery, LPCA


Alaina earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in 2024 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in Kentucky in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgetown College.

Alaina’s clinical focus is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she is passionate about working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is committed to providing a supportive and goal-oriented environment that fosters personal growth and emotional well-being.

Born and raised in Shelby County, Kentucky, Alaina values her community and the connections she has built within it. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her animals.
