All about Megan Gilley LBA, BCBA
Megan is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She previously worked as a direct support professional providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities while completing her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis at Capella University. While completing fieldwork hours, she moved into the role of behavior technician providing support to children with a variety of diagnoses.
Her passion is providing collaborative services and promoting skill development while implementing ABA principles in a variety of settings. Megan enjoys working with adolescence and adults the most; but enjoys a balance of all ages. Megan brings creative ideas that match the individuals interests to engage, build relationships, and increase opportunities for independence within the natural environment.
When Megan is not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
