Morgan became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky in January of 2021. She previously worked as a behavior technician while completing her BCBA training, providing support to children and adults. While completing her graduate degree Morgan provided behavior-analytic services in classrooms, in-home and community settings, and in ABA centers. She specializes in working with autistic individuals, focusing on identified areas of skill development such as functional communication, adaptive skills, and vocational skills. Morgan often works with clients 1:1 and/or in social skills groups. She also provides parent education and training to families and other relevant stakeholders.

Morgan may provide supervision to behavior technicians obtaining fieldwork experience towards their BCBA certification.
