Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky. She previously worked as a behavior technician while completing her BCBA training providing supports to adults and children. She is also a certified teacher in Learning Behavior Disorders and Elementary Education. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she taught students with Emotional Behavior Disorders in Jefferson County after graduating from Bellarmine University. She currently works part time at Stephens Behavior Consulting and full time as a BCBA for Shelby County Public Schools. 

Taylor has a variety of experiences working individuals with a variety of developmental diagnoses, focusing on natural environment teaching and severe problem behavior. 

When she is not working as a Behavior Analyst she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time at home with family.
