Licensed Provisional Counselor Associate (LPCA, MFTA)

Description: Therapists working with our agency are client centered and able to practice independently. Individuals should be able to meet with a client, develop an understanding of their presenting problems, collaborate with necessary team members (family members, schools, physicians, and any other identified individuals) to meet them where they are at the time, and implement evidenced based practices. You will be responsible for timely documentation and updating requested paperwork.

Qualifications: Masters degree and be provisionally licensed to practice approved by the board (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology). You must have your provisional license and be practicing under supervision (or seeking supervision with Jennifer Stephens MEd, LPCC-S, LBA, BCBA).

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, CADC)

You will be responsible for timely documentation and updating requested paperwork.

Qualifications: Masters degree and be fully licensed to practice independently approved by the board (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology). If you are not fully licensed you must have your provisional license and be practicing under supervision (or seeking supervision with one of our clinicians).

Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst

Description: BCBAs work with individuals implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques/methodologies. These clinicians may provide ABA services to a individuals with varying needs in multiple settings (clinic, home, school, community). BCBAs will be able to practice without supervision. Clinicians will conduct FAs and write relevant Behavior Support Plans, along with training all team members on the BSP. BCBAs will collect data based on clients goals at the time, update plans, and seek to provide evidenced based current best practices.

Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters degree is preferred in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or related field. Preference for those that have already passed the BCBA exam. Individuals who have not yet passed the BCBA exam will be considered pending experience, education, and progress towards certification.

Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description: This is an employee position and an adjunctive clinician that operates under the direct supervision of the BCBA. Individual is responsible for program and plan implementation directly with individuals receiving ABA services through individual and group therapy services. Willing to work in a variety of settings (home, clinic, community) with a variety of ages (2yrs-22 yrs).

Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma willing to become an RBT within 6 months of hire or an RBT prior to hire (can provide supervision for RBT).
