Jennifer Stephens MEd, LPCC-S, LBA, BCBA

Jennifer Stephens (She/Her) is the clinical supervisor and co owner. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of KY. She obtained her Bachelors degree in psychology at Truman State University in 2004; during this time she gained experience through internships in forensic interviewing, trauma, grief and loss, attachment work, and biofeedback research. Her graduate clinical training is from The University of Missouri- St. Louis for her LPCC graduating in 2008. During this time she gained experience in both residential settings with children and as a social worker working with adults to support their mental health needs and aid in finding resources for those diagnosed with a range of diagnosis. She then completed her certification training through Florida Institute of technology for her BCBA in 2010. Prior to private practice she had worked in  community mental health from 2008-2014 at Seven Counties Services.

Her areas of specialty include trauma, autism and neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders and infertility, intimacy, and supporting parents of Neurodivergent children. Training includes EMDR, advanced training in perinatal mood disorders through PSI, Exposure Response Prevention, Autplay Certified, and ASSECCT courses in Sex Therapy. She works with individuals as young as 2 all the way through adulthood. Her preferred age range is 10 and under and 18 +. She is also completing her RPT requirements this year with a foundation in Adlerian play therapy.

In addition to providing counseling services she works as a Behavior Analyst providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through both the Michelle P Waiver and insurance. Her primary focus is on working with Neurodivergent individuals on functional skill development and generalization across settings. Her primary approach is utilizing ABA in the natural environment or through play based social groups.

She also provides supervision to those seeking supervision for both their LPCA as well as fieldwork experience supervision towards their BCBA; with supervision training and credentials for both as well as clinical supervision for those completing practicum or internships in counseling.

April Munson, MEd, LBA, BCBA

April Munson received her BCBA certification and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst within the state of Kentucky in November 2019. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology at Park University while working full-time as both a Computer Network Systems Engineer and an Education and Training Manager in the United States Air Force.  During her undergraduate studies she worked with adults counseling them in vocational, career, and post-military service educational opportunities.  She became certified in Instructional Systems Design and conducted both individual and group training sessions to assist individuals in meeting their personal and professional educational goals. She was inspired to complete her graduate training  from Capella University in Applied Behavior Analysis and Educational Psychology after her eldest son was diagnosed in preschool with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  While completing her graduate training, she worked as the Curriculum and Development Director of a small preschool in Kodiak, AK where she incorporated her knowledge of individual instruction, applied behavior analysis, and curriculum development working with state and national organizations to provide special education services to an underserved population as well as assisting staff in receiving training and education to reach their personal and professional educational goals. During her supervision for graduate school, she worked as an assistant clinical director and positive behavior support specialist providing group and individual therapy to children and adolescents.  She also volunteers as an education director for a middle school and high school educational cooperative.  She has been working with both children and adults since 2000.  Focus areas include individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, small group instruction, and self-management strategies for adolescents and adults.

Taylor Wiseman, MEd, LBA, BCBA

Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky. She previously worked as a behavior technician while completing her BCBA training providing supports to adults and children. She is also a certified teacher in Learning Behavior Disorders and Elementary Education. She taught students with Emotional Behavior Disorders in Jefferson County after graduating from Bellarmine University. She recently left the classroom to pursue a masters degree in Special Education with a Concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Applied Behavioral Analysis through the University of Louisville. Taylor has a variety of experiences working individuals with a variety of developmental diagnosis, specializing in Autistic children with an emphasis on skill development.

Morgan Haag, MEd, LBA, BCBA

Morgan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky. She previously worked as a behavior technician while completing her BCBA training/education providing supports to children with a variety of diagnosis. Morgan has experience working in various settings with neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. She also provides supervision to RBTs and BCBA students completing their fieldwork hours.

Ashley Peterson, MS, LBA, BCBA

Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky. She previously worked as a behavior technician while completing her BCBA training providing supports to children with a variety of diagnosis. Ashley received her BA in Psychology through Western Kentucky University while working with adults with developmental diagnosis. Ashley continued her education earning a MS in Psychology with a concentration in applied behavioral analysis through Eastern Kentucky University. Ashley works in a variety of settings and her professional passions include promoting skill development while implementing ABA principles in individual/group settings. 

Megan Gilley MS, LBA, BCBA

Megan is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She previously worked as a direct support professional providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities while completing her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis at Capella University. While completing fieldwork hours, she moved into the role of behavior technician providing support to children with a variety of diagnoses.  Her passion is providing collaborative services and promoting skill development while implementing ABA principles in a variety of settings.
